VEC Homes Regulations

1. Please provide a valid ID (Passport, Visa) before check-in to complete the check-in process.
2. Home will not be held responsible for any money or valuables belonging to guests. Please take care of your own belongings or keep them with you.
3. Guests are not permitted to bring weapons, explosives, flammable materials, drugs, prohibited goods, livestock, poultry, or any bulky items into the Home. Any deliberate violation will result in full liability to the authorities.
4. The home is equipped with a cooking and dining area; please maintain general cleanliness and clean up the kitchen after use.
   Cleaning surcharge: 100,000 VND/time
5. Please lock the doors carefully at night or when you go out and keep your keys and elevator cards safe.
   Lost elevator card, surcharge: 150,000 VND/card
6. Please do not change the position or move any of Home's property or furniture from one room to another. If you break, damage, or lose any of Home's property, you will be responsible for compensation at current market value.
7. Please do not bring more people than the number registered with the staff into the Home without notifying and obtaining the Home manager's approval.
   Additional charge for extra person: 150,000 VND/person.
8. Check-in time: 2:00 PM
   Check-out time: 12:00 PM
   Overtime surcharge: 100,000 VND/hour (in case there are no guests staying on the check-out day)
   Check-out after 9 PM will be charged at the rate of one night's stay.
9. Please maintain order and avoid making noise that could disturb residents and neighboring apartments, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
10. No smoking, e-cigarettes, or other smoke-producing devices are allowed inside the apartment. If smoking occurs or if cigarette smoke lingers in the room, Home will charge an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee of VND 300,000 per cleaning.
11. All acts of possessing, using, buying, selling, or organizing the use of drugs and other prohibited substances or stimulants in any form within the Home premises are strictly prohibited. Guests are solely responsible before the law for any violations. Home is not liable for any legal consequences arising from guests' use, possession, or involvement with prohibited substances or stimulants.
12. If you notice a fire in your apartment, please notify the building manager or the nearest person in the area immediately. Remain calm and follow the building's fire safety instructions.
13. When leaving the apartment, please turn off all electrical devices to ensure safety and avoid short circuits or fires.
